Hotel Kamal

“A nice and clean place to stay. Staff are amazing very welcoming and respectful. Hotel has a great small pool area with plenty of sun loungers. I had a double bedroom with a pool and mountain view. No AC or fridge in the rooms and the night time security light shone in to the room which with no AC I wanted to keep the curtains open for a breeze but couldn't. The only 3 reasons I had to give it 4 stars. Room was secure and cleaned every morning by the lovely cleaning lady's. As a sole traveller I never felt unsafe. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants near by and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was a bit plain but anuf to fill you up till lunch time. Only paid £22 a night and for that budget it's worth a visit. Don't believe the negative reviews it's a very pleasant hotel. Thank you for a great stay guys”

“In winter not to bad but in summer without air conditioning it might get uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic but still fine. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Location is good, easy to get a cab. Lot of food options just a few minutes walk.”

“The staff was very nice and spoke English, French and Darija. 5 star service in a 2 star hotel. Bathrooms very outdated and hard to “shower.” Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy.”

“I can’t believe some of the negative reviews on here. We have stayed twice at the hotel. Yes the rooms are a bit old fashioned and could do with being renovated, but they are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Brilliant location and very central. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast good. Pool lovely and peaceful. No it isn’t heated, but the weather is hot. The price point is excellent and yes you could stay in one of those much more modern, all inclusives, with buffets and all the frills, but it would cost much more, so the voice is yours. Really for what you pay I think Hotel Kamal is very good value.”
